I've started reproducing vintage Ski-doo wiring harnesses. I started with some of the more popular ones and I plan to keep reproducing more and more.  The harness comes with new 16-gauge wire, brass terminals and plastic housing connectors. I've searched hard and found very close matching connectors, with the exception of the light-switch blocks. Based on my current supply of light-switch blocks and my ability to find more, you may be receiving a new, used or possibly no light-switch block. If you didn't receive one, sorry for the inconvenience but know I'll keep looking for more.

Along with the harness you will receive extra plastic connectors and brass terminals that match the ones installed on the harness. With these connectors and terminals, you can convert or repair the connectors on your snowmobile. This should help make the installation of your harness a quick and easy process.

I've gone to great effort to reproduce this harness and make it as close to the original as possible. However, there are parts and processes that I couldn't match exactly. I make no claim that this harness is 100% “plug and play” with your snowmobile, but hopefully it will make your restoration easier. Issues during the installation of this harness may arise if your snowmobile's on-board wiring has been modified. Keep in mind this harness is for a snowmobile that is over 40 years old, and there is no telling what changes may have been made to the snowmobiles' on-board wiring.

I can not be responsible for any damage that might occur while installing or using this harness on your snowmobile. To help trouble-shoot possible issues, I include a wiring diagram of the corresponding snowmobile with a quick conversion chart of showing the slight differences in the wire colors used.
